Multi-tenant Office building in Cupertino
We evaluated existing conditions and complaints of
excessive energy costs and lack of consistent temperatures
and comfort. We engineered a major renovation project, replaced
the existing HVAC equipment and installed an Energy Management
System. The result was complete satisfaction in comfort and
energy savings to the extent that the entire system was paid
for from energy savings within 2 years.
Multi-tenant Office Building in Los Altos
We installed an Energy Management, Telephone Override, and
paging alarm systems on to the existing HVAC equipment. The
results were tremendous energy savings, individual tenant
control, and alarm indication when problems arise. We have
been able to alert the owner of problems and system failures
before they became aware of it. We monitor excessive use of
the HVAC equipment and report to the owner for extra excess
usage charges.

Camera Theaters in San Jose and Campbell
We utilized a helicopter crane to install new HVAC equipment
in hard to reach places at Camera 7. We were hired directly
by the owners to renovate the new Camera 12 theater in downtown
San Jose, where we provided remote building automation systems
for assured comfort for the elite movie-going public.
New Multi-tenant Office Building in Morgan Hill
We installed all the HVAC equipment on the roof and designed
a versatile Multi-Zone Control System in conjunction with
a Building Energy Management system. This provided flexibility
to condition areas as new tenants begin to occupy various
parts of the building. Each tenant has individual control
regardless of which units are used. Tenants’ zones are
programmed with time and temperature limits, and override
use is metered and reported to the owner for excess usage
charges.
Old Memorex Plant in Santa Clara
We engineered and implemented the transformation of this facility
(campus) to R & D and office use. The work included the
installation of many HVAC systems, as well as digital multi-zone
controls and a Clean Room Chiller. All the work was done within
budget and time limits. |
